Description
Open Learning WV’s Impact Grants support West Virginia public institutions of higher education in expanding the use of Open Educational Resources (OER). The program focuses on two statewide priorities: LevelUp WV dual enrollment and General Education. Its goal is to give students greater access to affordable, high-quality learning materials while reducing course costs.
Projects may adopt, adapt, create, or implement OER. LevelUp WV work can serve courses taught on college campuses or at partnering high schools; General Education work can span courses and subject categories. The program especially encourages projects involving multiple instructors or partners, reaching multiple sections or institutions, or producing resources that can be shared or expanded.
