Description
This funding opportunity supports projects that actively implement and scale up peer-reviewed findings from PCORI-funded comparative clinical effectiveness research (CER) into real-world healthcare settings. The goal is to address barriers to evidence uptake, adapt findings for practical use, and reach broad or diverse populations. Projects must use multicomponent, evidence-informed strategies, demonstrate strong site and stakeholder commitment, and include rigorous evaluation plans to assess implementation and impact on healthcare and patient outcomes.

- Screening and treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder in children and adolescents
- Direct hospital admissions programs for children
- Early palliative care for patients with advanced cancer
- School-based caries arrest and prevention in children
