Projects must use multicomponent, evidence-informed strategies, demonstrate strong site and stakeholder commitment, and include rigorous evaluation plans to assess implementation and impact on healthcare and patient outcomes.

- Screening and treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder in children and adolescents
- Direct hospital admissions programs for children
- Early palliative care for patients with advanced cancer
