Description
This funding opportunity aims to enhance the analytical capacity of the EU agricultural sector by addressing knowledge gaps concerning the drivers and impacts of competitiveness in relation to sustainability, resilience, and productivity. Projects are expected to integrate multidisciplinary knowledge to improve data collection, develop new indicators, and refine analytical tools, thereby enabling better-informed decision-making for farmers, policy makers, and stakeholders across diverse agri-food value chains, including organic farming.
The scope includes:
- Evaluating the effectiveness of agriculture-related policies.
- Understanding synergies and trade-offs among economic, social, and environmental objectives.
- Providing actionable recommendations to reconcile competitiveness with sustainability.
