Description
This Horizon Europe call funds research and innovation projects that develop, scale, and robustly evaluate person-centred interventions to enhance autonomy, inclusion, and quality of life for people with dementia, while reducing the emotional, financial, and physical burden on informal caregivers. The focus is on implementing proven or promising interventions at larger scale, with an emphasis on integrated care models, coordination between health, long-term care, and community services, and the use of digital tools. Projects should address gendered aspects of caregiving, support vulnerable groups, and involve informal caregivers throughout the research process to ensure interventions are tailored to real needs. Implementation in at least four EU Member States or Associated Countries is required.
