Raytheon, as part of RTX Corporation’s Connect Up initiative, offers in-kind donations of goods and services to nonprofit organizations globally. These donations are designed to advance the initiative’s three pillars: Lifelong Learning (with emphasis on STEM education and workforce development), Honoring Service (supporting veterans, military families, and military children), and Community Resilience (promoting food security, infrastructure, disaster relief, and conservation). All requests must be submitted by an RTX employee on behalf of the nonprofit, and the type and value of in-kind support are determined on a case-by-case basis.
