Description
This program funds youth-led and youth-serving projects in Boone, Ogle, Stephenson, and Winnebago Counties in Northern Illinois. The initiative aims to empower youth to identify and address community needs, develop leadership skills, and experience the grantmaking process. Projects must be planned and implemented by individuals age 19 or younger, and proposals are reviewed by a council of local high school students.
