Description
This program enables eligible Pennsylvania municipalities to obtain funding to hire independent technical and/or legal experts for reviewing permit applications or siting plans related to municipal waste landfills, resource recovery (waste-to-energy) facilities, and hazardous waste treatment, storage, or disposal sites.
