    Description

Offered through the Indiana Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute, this award supports collaborative implementation of evidence-based cancer-related programs in community settings. The IU Simon Comprehensive Cancer Center’s Office of Community Outreach and Engagement invites proposals addressing Indiana’s cancer burden, with an evaluation component included in every project.

Priority is given to projects targeting lung, breast, colon, pancreas, prostate, and cervical cancer. The program is particularly interested in initiatives that promote healthier behaviors linked to reducing cancer incidence and morbidity. It also prioritizes community-led programs that expand the Cancer Center’s reach and deepen its understanding of populations across Indiana, connecting community programming with its outreach and engagement work.
