The program provides financial assistance for the exhibition, performance, or production of creative work, professional mentoring, and participation in not-for-credit arts experiences. The goal is to help artists advance their artistic business or technical skills and further their professional careers. Funding is provided by the McKnight Foundation and the State of Minnesota, administered by the Northwest Minnesota Arts Council.
