Description
The Industrial Sites Reuse Program (ISRP) provides grants and low-interest loans to support environmental site assessment (Phase I, II, and III) and remediation of hazardous substances at former industrial sites in Pennsylvania. The program aims to facilitate the productive reuse of contaminated or potentially contaminated industrial lands by funding investigations and cleanup activities, thereby addressing environmental concerns and enabling redevelopment.
