Description
This opportunity provides funding for the establishment and operation of a National Resource Center under the Infant-Toddler Court Program (ITCP). The Center's mission is to assist states and communities in strengthening and expanding enhanced child welfare practices that bring together courts, social services, and families. The goal is to improve the safety, healthy development, and nurturing relationships of families with young children (infants and toddlers) who are involved with the child welfare system. The program is administered by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).
