This opportunity supports states and communities in implementing the Infant-Toddler Court (ITC) approach, an evidence-based model designed to improve the safety, healthy development, and nurturing relationships of families with young children involved with child welfare. The program aims to bring together courts, social services, and families to enhance child welfare practices, with a focus on scaling successful strategies to additional communities, tracking outcomes, and training new teams in the ITC approach.
