This opportunity invites proposals for groundbreaking research in information processing, artificial intelligence (AI), security, privacy, and resilient megasystems under the DARPA Information Processing Techniques Office (IPTO) Office-Wide Broad Agency Announcement (BAA). The BAA targets high-impact, unconventional research ideas that are not already covered by existing or announced IPTO programs. Projects should aim for revolutionary, not incremental, advances—enabling new capabilities or radically changing established practices in information science and technology for national security.
Research areas of interest include, but are not limited to:
Proposals must be original, not duplicative of existing efforts, and should demonstrate the potential for significant impact on the state of the art.
