This program supports research-driven innovation projects within the Norwegian industrial and service sectors, with the aim of promoting sustainable transitions, competitiveness, and solutions to major societal challenges. Funding is available for projects that involve significant industrial research or experimental development, leading to new products, services, manufacturing processes, or innovative delivery methods. The initiative targets a broad range of sectors, including health, ICT, processing and refining, manufacturing, construction, real estate, and various service industries. Projects must contribute to climate, environmental, social, and economic sustainability, and align with Norway’s climate commitments.
