Description
The Innovative Traffic Safety Enforcement (ITSE) Grant Program, administered by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), is designed to fund the development, demonstration, and evaluation of new or enhanced traffic safety enforcement strategies. The program targets risky driving behaviors such as impaired driving, speeding, distracted driving, and lack of occupant protection, with the goal of reducing motor vehicle crashes, fatalities, and serious injuries.
