The Inspire Change Changemaker Award is an annual recognition program led by the National Football League Foundation. It honors individuals who have demonstrated outstanding commitment and effectiveness in advancing social justice within their communities, either independently or as part of a nonprofit organization. Each of the 32 NFL clubs nominates one Changemaker whose work exemplifies positive social change. Awardees receive both public recognition at their team’s Inspire Change game and a $10,000 donation made by the NFL Foundation to a nonprofit organization of the Changemaker’s choosing. The program’s goal is to collectively celebrate and elevate the contributions of grassroots leaders effecting real-world change across the nation.
