Description
This program supports resource-limited institutions in acquiring state-of-the-art scientific instruments to advance their research and educational missions. The instruments funded may be used in biomedical research and education, including basic, translational, behavioral, or clinical fields. The competition is limited to eligible organizations as specified in the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), and applications will undergo NIH's standard peer-review process with awards made to the most meritorious proposals.
