The Inter-Country Travel Grant program supports Finnish institutions in bringing U.S. Fulbright professionals, scholars, teachers, and advanced PhD students—who are currently on Fulbright grants elsewhere in Europe—for short visits (up to one week) to Finland. These visits can include activities such as lecturing, consulting, workshops, evaluation or development projects, and other forms of outreach with broad academic or societal impact. The grant is intended to foster academic and cultural exchange, strengthen institutional collaborations, and promote knowledge sharing between the U.S. and Finland.
