Description
This Horizon Europe Innovation Action aims to accelerate the development, testing, validation, and large-scale deployment of responsible AI solutions tailored to the needs of low- and middle-income countries, with a particular focus on Africa. The call seeks to strengthen local AI ecosystems, foster sustainable socio-economic impact, and promote digital partnerships between the EU and partner countries. Projects should support local innovation hubs, enable the practical implementation of AI, and contribute to addressing global challenges such as climate change, health, education, and agriculture. Activities may include establishing Living Labs, supporting local data gathering and adaptation, and facilitating knowledge transfer and capacity-building.
