The Virginia Center for the Creative Arts (VCCA) offers annual International Programs for artists who are already VCCA Fellows. These include a residency at Le Moulin à Nef in Auvillar, France, and participation in international exchange programs. The programs are designed to foster artistic growth across a wide range of disciplines—literature, visual arts, performance, film/video, and music composition—by providing immersive, cross-cultural experiences. Selection is based on peer review by panels of accomplished artists, emphasizing professional achievement or promise of achievement and diversity of styles and backgrounds.
