Description
This grant provides a unique opportunity for an Israeli writer or literary translator to participate in the International Writing Program (IWP) at the University of Iowa. The residency is designed to foster cross-cultural dialogue, literary engagement, and creative development. Participants join a vibrant community of writers from around the world, benefit from unstructured time to write and reflect, and take part in readings, workshops, and public events. The program aims to promote mutual understanding between the United States and Israel through the arts and literature.
