Description
The Internship Challenge, administered by the Massachusetts Life Sciences Center (MLSC), is a workforce development program designed to enhance the Massachusetts life sciences talent pipeline. The program connects college students and recent graduates with paid internship opportunities at small life sciences companies (100 or fewer employees) across the state. By subsidizing intern wages, the program helps companies hire talent for up to 12 weeks, providing students with valuable hands-on industry experience and supporting the growth and innovation of the sector.
