Description
The State Council of Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV) administers Impact Grants through the Virginia Talent + Opportunity Partnership (V-TOP), established as the Innovative Internship Fund and Program. The grants support institutions seeking to increase student participation in paid internships and other work-based learning opportunities.
Impact Grants are the institutional funding component of V-TOP’s broader work with Virginia employers to expand high-quality, paid, and credit-bearing learning experiences. The partnership combines institutional grants with statewide efforts to prepare students, employers, and higher education institutions to participate in internships and work-based learning.
