This is an immersive, one-year clinical fellowship at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida, designed for graduates of pulmonary and pulmonary critical care fellowship programs. The fellowship offers extensive, high-volume hands-on training in both malignant and non-malignant airway, lung parenchyma, and pleural space diseases, with rotations in thoracic surgery, laryngology surgery, and lung transplant medicine. The curriculum includes advanced procedural skills such as rigid and robotic-assisted bronchoscopy, airway stenting, cryotherapy, and pleuroscopy, supported by simulation and cadaver labs. Didactic sessions cover anatomy, procedural techniques, pathology management, and board preparation.
