The Iowa Culture Leadership Cohort is a two-year initiative by Iowa Arts and Culture aimed at enhancing the capacity, leadership, and sustainability of nonprofit arts and culture organizations across Iowa. Through a combination of professional development workshops, peer learning, mentorship, and support from external consultants, the program helps organizations build skills in organizational operations, programming, and long-term growth. Participants join a supportive network of peers and receive tailored guidance to foster resilience and connection within the sector.
