Description
The Iowa Traffic Engineering Assistance Program (TEAP), administered by the Iowa Department of Transportation, provides consultant traffic engineering expertise to local units of government through traffic studies. These studies examine existing traffic and safety problems, recommend cost-effective safety and operational improvements, and identify potential funding sources to implement the recommendations.
