Description
Ipsen considers unsolicited research proposals from healthcare professionals, scientists, researchers and institutions. Investigator Sponsored Studies (ISS) are independent projects designed and sponsored externally; Externally Sponsored Collaborations (ESC) are jointly defined with an institution or organization while primary regulatory sponsorship remains outside Ipsen. An ISS proposal may develop into an ESC during evaluation.
Ipsen assesses scientific merit and fit with its research interests, alongside safety, legal, ethical and budgetary considerations. Its current request for proposals (RFP) seeks case reports or case series on real-world use of odevixibat for pruritus associated with progressive familial intrahepatic cholestasis (PFIC) or cholestatic pruritus associated with Alagille syndrome.
