Summary: Supports independent medical education on novel targeted agents and disease modification in myelofibrosis beyond established standard-of-care therapies.
Key Information: Proposals focused solely on JAK inhibitor therapies will not be considered.
Ipsen supports independent medical education addressing unmet educational needs in myelofibrosis. This request for proposals focuses on novel targeted agents, emerging mechanisms of action beyond current standard-of-care approaches, and disease modification—including understanding long-term clinical benefit and meaningful disease outcomes. Because JAK inhibitor therapies are already extensively covered in medical literature and continuing medical education, the program seeks education that advances knowledge beyond these established treatments.
Projects should provide live or online education for healthcare professionals managing patients with myelofibrosis in the United States. The intended audience includes hematologists, hematologist-oncologists, oncology advanced practice providers (NPs/PAs), oncology-specialized pharmacists, and other treating healthcare professionals. Initiatives must address documented knowledge and practice gaps, deliver balanced and scientifically sound content, and evaluate learning against defined objectives. Grantees retain responsibility for project design, implementation, and conduct, without Ipsen involvement or influence.
