    Description

The International Society for CNS Clinical Trials and Methodology (ISCTM) offers the New Investigator Award to recognize promising early-career researchers and develop the next generation of leaders in clinical trial design for CNS drug development. The annual program encompasses the Society’s methodological, regulatory, and substantive programmatic interests, supporting participation in its Annual Scientific Meeting rather than funding a standalone research project.

Up to ten applicants are selected each year for one-year appointments. Awardees receive meeting and travel support, senior mentorship for poster development and presentation, and opportunities to engage with senior investigators and ISCTM working groups. The 2027 award supports attendance at the 23rd Annual Scientific Meeting in Washington, DC. Previous recipients have become meeting speakers and served on the Society’s Executive, Scientific, Membership, and Awards Committees.
