Description
The ISID-LEO Foundation Awards recognize outstanding young scientists whose work makes an extraordinary contribution to skin research and has the potential to advance treatments for skin diseases. Established through a partnership between the International Societies for Investigative Dermatology (ISID) and the LEO Foundation, the awards aim to strengthen the pipeline of excellent dermatology researchers and support promising scientists’ future careers.
ISID administers the program across the Americas, EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), and Asia-Pacific. The partnership provides consistent application support and broader promotion through participating dermatology societies, with particular attention to expanding visibility in Asia-Pacific. Recipients gain recognition within the global investigative dermatology community, opportunities for networking and collaboration, and membership in an international alumni cohort of emerging leaders in skin science.
