Description
The International Surgical Sleep Society’s Research Grant supports innovative, scientifically rigorous research with the potential to advance knowledge and improve patient care in otolaryngology. Offered through the American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery Foundation’s Centralized Otolaryngology Research Efforts (CORE) grants program, it welcomes projects on any topic within sleep medicine and sleep surgery.
The program is open to investigators across training and practice, including students, trainees, PhDs, faculty, and practicing clinicians. Funding supports legitimate research costs such as methodological consultation, research personnel, computing resources, and dissemination of findings. Recipients must submit their results to the ISSS Annual Meeting after completing the project, connecting funded research with the society’s clinical and scientific community.
