Description
The Issues Mobilization Grant is part of the National Association of Realtors’ Campaign Services. It helps state and local REALTOR® associations organize and manage advocacy campaigns on public policies affecting REALTORS® and the real estate industry. Supported methods include state legislation, local ordinances, state or local regulations, ballot initiatives, referenda, and state constitutional amendments. The program aims to strengthen associations’ capacity to serve as leading authorities and primary contacts on these policies.
Financial and technical assistance can support polling, campaign research, direct mail, consumer emails, phone banks, automated and patch-through calls, websites, social media, advertising, streaming media, grassroots mobilization, lobbying, bill drafting, and printed campaign materials. NAR staff and consultants help associations assess campaign viability, develop messages and strategies, and communicate REALTOR® positions to targeted lawmakers and voters.
