Description
The ITC Fellowship supports postdoctoral research at the Institute for Theory and Computation within the Harvard and Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics. A primary objective of the institute is to integrate conceptual theory with computational modeling. Candidates working in any field related to theoretical and/or numerical astrophysics are invited to apply.
Fellows have access to the institute’s new computing facilities and opportunities to interact and collaborate with researchers at both the Harvard College Observatory and the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory. The program offers an interactive research environment spanning Harvard faculty and Smithsonian scientists. Applicants are welcome to discuss mentoring, outreach, and teaching experience as part of their research statement.
