Summary: Supports postdoctoral research in theoretical and computational astrophysics at the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics, with access to advanced facilities and collaborative opportunities.
The ITC Fellowship provides postdoctoral researchers the opportunity to conduct independent research at the Institute for Theory and Computation (ITC) within the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics. The fellowship is designed to foster integration between conceptual theory and computational modeling in theoretical and numerical astrophysics. Fellows benefit from access to state-of-the-art computing resources and work alongside leading researchers from both the Harvard College Observatory and the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory. The program encourages applicants to address their experience or commitment to mentoring, outreach, and teaching within their research statements, promoting a collaborative and inclusive scientific community.
