    Description

The International Team for Implantology (ITI) Research Mentoring Program connects emerging researchers with established experts in implant dentistry for hands-on training, individualized guidance, and collaborative clinical or basic research. Mentees spend time at a mentor’s institution to develop specialized skills, learn techniques, exchange knowledge, and build international research networks.

The program aims to equip the next generation of researchers to develop innovative techniques, improve quality standards, and advance technology in implant dentistry. Participants are expected to plan or carry out collaborative work that makes tangible contributions to the field. Financial support covers travel, accommodation, and project coordination, while host academic institutions receive compensation for mentoring time, facilities, and related support.
