The Indo-U.S. Science and Technology Forum supports bilateral workshops, conferences, symposia, training programs and advanced schools that bring Indian and American scientific communities together. The program provides a platform to exchange knowledge, disseminate information and address challenging problems while initiating long-term, complementary partnerships. Training programs and advanced schools combine structured teaching and practical classes with faculty and trainees from both countries.
Proposals should address a shared scientific or technological interest within one of seven priority themes and show strong potential for follow-up activities. The program seeks high-quality scientific exchanges that benefit both countries and strengthen their scientific and technological capacity. Interactions involve researchers from academia, laboratories and industry, although industry participants do not receive financial support.
