ATs team-teach with Lead Teachers (LTs), contribute to curriculum development, and engage in community activities. The program aims to enhance students’ learning experiences, foster a new generation of Japanese language educators, and support professional growth for both ATs and LTs. J-LEAP is administered by the Japan Foundation Los Angeles and The Laurasian Institution.
