This fellowship provides early-career thoracic surgeons with the opportunity to observe and learn advanced techniques in thoracic surgical oncology at premier institutions such as The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and Massachusetts General Hospital. Recipients are fully integrated into clinical and academic programs for a two to four week period, with the goal of fostering professional growth, encouraging the adoption of new skills, and enhancing the ability to contribute to their home institutions.
