The Amarillo Handgunners Association fbo The Bill Goodson Memorial Scholarship, administered by the Amarillo Area Foundation, is designed to support graduating high school seniors from the northernmost 26 counties of the Texas Panhandle who are actively involved in shooting sports or related activities.
