This scholarship is designed to support graduating high school seniors with learning disabilities from the 26 northernmost counties of the Texas Panhandle. The fund recognizes students who have demonstrated character, ambition, resilience in overcoming obstacles, integrity, good moral character, and a strong desire for higher education. Recipients are expected to uphold high values such as loyalty to friends, family, and faith. The award can be used at any accredited college or university, and students may pursue any field of study.
