--- ## Description The James Brown and Frank Folwell Scholarship, administered by the National Press Photographers Foundation (NPPF), is designed to encourage and support undergraduate and graduate students pursuing photojournalism. This award honors the legacies of James W. Brown, a pioneering educator in photojournalism and multimedia, and Frank Folwell, an accomplished photo editor and international journalism mentor.
