--- ## Description This program provides financial assistance to cancer patients and their families who are experiencing financial need and reside or work in the Connecticut towns of Canaan (Falls Village), Cornwall, Kent, North Canaan, Salisbury, and Sharon. The grant is intended to help with essential day-to-day living expenses, such as medical transportation, housing, food, utilities, and other costs that support the patient’s well-being or comfort during treatment or end-of-life care.
