Description
The North American Society for Sport Management (NASSM) offers this grant to advance sport management scholarship by supporting members’ research projects of importance to the field. It is part of NASSM’s annual conference awards and grants, which recognize work in research, teaching, and service; this grant specifically supports research.
Proposals are assessed for alignment with NASSM’s mission, originality in sport management, and how clearly they explain the study and its significance. Additional consideration is available when every investigator earned their terminal degree within five years of submission. Awards are announced at the annual conference.
