Description
The Jason Geddes Rising Researcher Award is presented annually by the University of Nevada Las Vegas to up to three early-career, permanent full-time faculty members at UNLV. The award is designed to honor assistant professors who have demonstrated notable research accomplishments and show strong potential for future advancement in their fields. Recipients are selected based on the quality, significance, and impact of their research, as evidenced by publications, patents, intellectual property, or successful grants and contracts. Awardees receive a $2,000 stipend and may use the award title in perpetuity.
