The scholarship aims to encourage women to advance in the field by subsidizing their education and research, with selection based on academic achievement, a publication-quality essay, a recommendation letter, and extracurricular involvement. The recipient’s essay will be published in Tribology & Lubrication Technology (TLT) magazine, and the winner is recognized at the STLE Annual Meeting.
