Description
This program funds joint research projects in the engineering sciences carried out by teams from Korea and Germany. The initiative is designed to foster close collaboration and exchange, requiring integrated project goals and a balanced work plan between both partners. Projects are supported for up to three years, with the National Research Foundation of Korea (NRF) funding the Korean side and the German Research Foundation (DFG) funding the German side. Proposals must demonstrate added value from the collaboration and equitable contributions from each partner, though budgets do not need to be symmetrical. Approximately 20 projects will be selected based on excellence and relevance.
