Description
This opportunity supports the Joint Warfighter Medical Research Program (JWMRP) Military Medical Research and Development Award (MMRDA) for FY26. The program aims to fund late-stage preclinical, translational, and clinical research that continues and accelerates high-priority medical solutions for Service Members and Military Health System beneficiaries. Projects must be a logical extension of previously funded DoD/DoW research and address at least one of the FY26 JWMRP focus areas.
Distinctive features include an option (MMRDA-CRCTO) specifically for clinical research and trials, and a strong emphasis on military relevance, transition potential, and impact on military health.
