--- ## Description This biennial award honors excellence in fundamental research in organic or inorganic photochemistry and/or photophysics. Supported by an endowed fund established by Josef Michl, the award is presented by the American Chemical Society to individuals who have made outstanding creative experimental or theoretical contributions in the photochemistry and photophysics of organic, inorganic, or biological molecules or solids.
