The Highmark BluePrints – Large grant program, administered by the Delaware Community Foundation, funds major health-related projects and services across Delaware. The program’s primary objective is to increase access to healthcare and/or reduce health disparities, particularly among uninsured and underserved populations. Projects must align with at least one of five priority areas: healthcare access, economic stability, social and community context, neighborhood and built environment, or health workforce development.
