The fellowship includes mentorship, participation in editorial meetings, co-authorship opportunities, completion of an educational curriculum, and leadership of a capstone project focused on new journal initiatives. The program aims to develop critical appraisal skills, enhance academic writing abilities, and support career advancement in academic IR.
