Description
The Kan Tong Po Fellowship is administered by the Royal Society with support from a donation by Professor Yuet Wai Kan FRS. It funds visiting fellowships that contribute to scientific research and education at five Hong Kong universities by connecting their academics with scientists in the UK or USA. Visits may take place in either direction and should support collaboration on a single project.
The programme supports research within the Royal Society’s natural sciences remit, including biological and biomedical sciences, chemistry, engineering, mathematics and physics. It seeks mutually beneficial collaborations that contribute to both science bases and have potential to develop into long-term partnerships. The Society encourages applications from a wide range of backgrounds, perspectives and experiences to strengthen innovation and creativity.
